The opening member (5,6) is pivotally located in a frame mounted housing (2) in which the electro motor (10) with drive (11) and the connecting rod are also arranged. These components along with the opening member form a preassembled construction unit (1) where the opening member is attached to the connecting rod over a given clearway. The housing is formed of an elongate hollow profile and is coupled to an arm (6) which forms one part of the two armed opening member.
