A normal, hollow tooth brush head is, either electric or mechanical, is attached to a hollow handle either using a plug type or screw connection. There are holes (2) in the area of the bristles in the brush head for the tooth paste. The tooth paste can be any type and is kept in the hollow portion of the handle. The toothpaste is transported up from the handle, through the brush head and out of the holes by a pump or a guiding device. This pump is activated by turning the guide screw (4). USE/ADVANTAGE - For oral hygiene. Is compact and does not need external supply of tooth paste.
