A fixture for location in a borehole of a concrete mass has a threaded bolt with an expanding cone at its front end, and an anchoring sleeve which is expanded by the cone. A head section (6) with a wedge end (7) attaches to the cone. The bolt (1) has a reduced diameter over a section of its length (2), over which the anchoring sleeve (3) locates. ADVANTAGE - Location in tension zone provides high security.
