Industrial radiators use square sectioned pipe and flanges - to facilitate easy assembly and disassembly of drying air conditioning and pre-heating systems

Heating elements are assembled into drying radiators which consist of pipes with cooling fins whose ends funnel into steam distributors and condenser collectors. The steam distributors and condensate collectors (8, 10) consist of square-sectioned pipe end-sealed and support a row of fins. Two square-sectioned pipes (14) have flanges (16, 18) facing the respective opposing square sectioned pipe, from which the flange (16) bearing condensate or steam is coupled to steam flange (20), or with the other flange (18) of another square sectioned pipe. USE/ADVANTAGE - To assemble radiators for industrial applications e.g. drying, pre-heating combustion air, and air conditioning. The radiator is quickly and cheaply disassembled.
