The handled tools have each a stem parallel to the axis of rotation, whose axial part-regions have cutting edges over the stem periphery, symmetrical to the symmetry axis. There are centring clamps (10) for the stem, and centring clamps (11) for the part-region with the edges. Between the second centring clamps and the part-region periphery are adjustable couplers. Pref. the second centering clamps exert the same linear compression outer all cutting edges. The centring clamps may be formed by tubular sleeves.
