An adjusting element (7) driven by an electric motor (6) is provided for adjusting the fasteners (tether). The free length extending away from this element is adjusted, and the trainer can control the respective drives (4, 5) using a remote controller. The length of the respective tethers is adjusted by a winding drum (7) respectively driven by an electric motor (6). The length of the respective tethers (12) can be adjusted by at least two deflection elements e.g. eyelets, to form a loop. The relative position between at least one deflection element and the other is adjustable by the drive (4, 5) or their motor (6). USE/ADVANTAGE - Training of horses. Gives simplified working, saves time and allows optimum schooling with adherence to training programme.
