At a sewage outflow, the fluid and solid phases are generally wholly sepd. from each other before it enters the sewage collection channel. The fluid phase is passed into the sewage channel, while the solid phase is retained and held. Also claimed is a system with the sepn. unit at the connection (4,5) to separate the fluid and solid phases of the sewage. It allows the fluid phase to pass into the collection channel (6) while the solid phase is retained. A domestic sewage processing unit separates the fluid and solid phases. The solid phase is pumped out at intervals by a pump truck, for disposal, or by a mobile pump for recirculation into the channel system under pressure where the components of the solid phase are ground down and/or saturated with fluid. The fluid and solid phases are separated by sedimentation or filtering. The collection channel of the sewage channel system is angled to give a flow, and is at least partially a pressure channel, or sections have a gravity drop and sections have pressure. All the channels are flushed with a cleaning fluid at times. USE/ADVANTAGE - The system is esp. for domestic sewage removal from dwellings in country area. The action allows sewage pipes to be used which allow fluid to pass through without blockage with small dia. piping.
