The funnel-shaped material collector (3) is assigned to the delivery appts. (2). The sorter functions with a stream of air (8) offset to the side of the straight line of the product falling from the grinder. This air current is pref. directed upwards. The cross-sectional surface of the collector is roughly shaped as a right-angled triangle. One of the straight sides, where the air stream passes along its outer side, is vertical. The ground product travels onto the hypotenuse surface to an opening on the lower corner of the triangle to meet the external air stream. USE/ADVANTAGE - Generally sorting light and flat parts, e.g. dust and foil of capacitors. Prevents coalescing and caking together while being conveyed, by directly sorting and subjecting to air stream. Compact.
