The terminal block has an insulating plate (10) incorporating contact elements (25a) and conductor paths (14) and divided into two half shells (11,12,13), with hollow spaces at their boundary surfaces accommodating the conductor paths and associated electrical components (15). Pref. the contact elements are also incorporated between the two half shells. The conductor paths provided by electrically insulated wires forming a wire grid, the contact element provided by stripped wire loops or the stripped wire ends.
