The mobile dishwashing and catering supply unit (1) has a pre-rinsing area with a spill-trough base (2) alongside a dish/glass washing machine (3, 4) and a lower crockery stacking space (5) at the floor level of the trailer which is accessible via a drop door (7). The stacking space (5) is fitted with fixed slide rails (12) extending along the trailer floor and accommodates four rows of box frame crockery holder (9, 10) for stacked plates etc. (11) which are positioned and secured by the slide rails (12). A spray gun (19), clean (16)/waste (17) water connections, power point (15) and a water filtering unit to conserve water complete the essential equipment.
