The system involves rollers being connected by pairs of discs. The latter are conical, with their axes of rotation inclined to those of the rollers and form a first transport track. The discs (11,12) in the pairs (10) are mounted on supporting spindles (8,9) parallel to the rollers (2,3). The latter are connected to a second track, containing no more than two rollers. The axes of rotation of the discs can all be at the same angle to the spindles, or those on the first spindle can be at a different angle to it than those on the second. USE/ADVANTAGE - Particularly for ink between the inking rollers of a printing press. Simplicity, and good ink distribution between rollers in peripheral and lengthwise directions.
