The monolithic arrangement (1) contains a series of standard elements which can be connected together via one or more circuit board planes to form different circuits. The elements consist of a number of base cells (2) with npn and pnp transistors and resistors, a number of large area capacitors (5), a number of output transistors (3) and a number of photodiodes (4) arranged in rows and columns. The base cells surround the large area capacitors and are mainly used for signal processing. A function block of the circuit is pref. implemented within a base cell with the aid of one or more circuit board layers. ADVANTAGE - Can be developed and produced economically in small quantities.
