The members (1,2) have flanges towards each other, by which they are clamped to the girders (5) via non-slip adaptors (3) and elastic components. Each clamp (14) is situated between the members, having a stirrup (15) gripping their flanges and claws (16) engaging with a girder, these being secured by screws (12,17) to a middle portion (18). A second adapter (19) of the same thickness as the first (3) fits between the stirrup and the middle portion. The first adaptors can incorporate protrusions and recesses, and the elastic components can have covers (8) with sides at right angles (10) extending to the girders, also base components (11) secured by screws and with sides bent upwards and extending to the cover.
