Textile washing compsn. contg. glycerol ether sulphate(s) as anionic tenside from renewable sources - and ethoxylated or propoxylated fatty alcohols as nonionic tenside, without loss of washing activity

A textile washing compsn., contg. anionic and nonionic tensides, contains (a) glycerol ether sulphates of formula R1OCH2CH(OR2)CH2OR3 and (b) ethoxylated and/or propoxylated fatty alcohols. R1 = octyl gp.; R2, R3 = R1 or SO3X and at least 1 of these = SO3X; X = alkali(ne earth). USE/ADVANTAGE - A compsn. for machine washing of textiles contains only glycerol monoether sulphate or a mixt. of glycerol monoether sulphate and glycerol diether sulphate in ratio of 99:1-70:30 (esp. 90:10) (claimed). The compsn. may also be used for manual washing. ADVANTAGE - The anionic tensides are based on renewable materials, without loss of washing activity.
