A road tanker vehicle (1) is used to supply oil to a storage tank (3) through a flexible hose (2). The vehicle tanker has a control block with a transmitter and receiver module (4), together with a pulse generator and processing machine (7). A hand held control unit (13) generates a reaction pulse (14) to the tanker and an acknowledge pulse (9) has to be generated within a specific period to allow the fuel delivery to continue. In the event that the time is exceeded a leak is indicated and the delivery process is interrupted. USE/ADVANTAGE - Provides automatic interruption if leakage occurs.
