The tool has four working sections. The first working section (15) cuts work material and is closed or opened by movement of gripping parts (7,8) and is arranged opposite the gripping parts. The second working section (19) is arranged at right angles to the first, and is designed as one piece with moving limbs (1,2). The second working section is closed or opened about a pivot pin (4). It is provided with jaws (16) and serrations (17) for holding material. The third working section (22) is designed as one piece with the moving limbs, closed and opened at the pivot pin and is arranged opposite the second working section and has a hammer section at one end. The fourth working section (12) is arranged opposite the first working section and is opened and closed about the pivot pin. It contains a removing section and has clamp edges of differing size for removing insulation from electric cables.
