Swivelling end stop for milling work clamped in machine vice - has end stop bar which can be swivelled to one side on column to allow access for machining end face of workpiece

The workpiece is positioned in the vice by abutment against the point of the end stop bar (13) and clamped. Access for machining an additional face of the workpiece is then possible by swivelling the end stop bar to one side on the column (2). The collar of the end stop arm (13) has a spring-loaded ball which can lodge in three longitudinal V-slots spaced at 90 deg. around the column. The height of the end stop arm is adjustable on the column which in turn is adjustable along the guide bar (1). The guide bar can be positioned and clamped relative to the machine table slots. USE/ADVANTAGE - Additional face of work can be machined. Chips cannot lodge between end stop and work.
