The pole consists of two series-connected controllable semiconductor switches, lying on a DC voltage via an inductive current rise limiter. Between the switches is incorporated a load. To each semiconductor is coupled a freewheel diode in anti-parallel and a series connections of a relief diode and capacitor in parallel. A power capacitor is coupled both to a junction point between first series connection of the relief diode and capacitor, and to a junction point of the second series connection of the relief capacitor and diode. Each junction point is coupled to the corresp. pole of the DC voltage via a circuit relieving the network power. The current rise limiter is pref. a wiring inductivity. ADVANTAGE - Improvement of symmetrical relief network for asymmetrical application, and simple, active energy resetting for multi-phase converters using thyristors, MOSFETs, IGBTs etc.
