The butt cheek cam (1) has a softly rounded outer profile across the butt longitudinal direction, identical to a conventional cheek cam profile. It is supported by a fastener (3), forming part by butt cheek cam unit (2), pref. on the butt side away from the user's cheek. The fastener and the butt cheek cam has a cross-sectional profile, matching the outer profile of the butt section covered by the cheek cam.
