A circular housing is formed of two identical halves (2) enclosing up to four pairs of contact pins (4) between two plates (5). Each pin carries a terminal (6) for insertion into a seating, and has a pair of current rails attached to its free end. The housing is mfd. of electrically insulating material and the contact plates, like the pins, are of conductive material. The centre lines of the pins are offset from that of the plates by half of the mean distance between rails. USE/ADVANTAGE - With l.v. lighting by small halogen lamps, pure edge connections, T-junctions and crossings of two, three and four rails are possible.
