摘要

A phantom for dental panoramic X-ray imaging is provided with an arrangement of X-ray transparent segment midpoints of which are registered along a standard jaw curve on an X-ray transparent holder. This holder is provided with locking means to ensure an exact positioning of the holder in the X-ray apparatus ensuring exact coincidence of the standard jaw curve thereof with the location of the dentition of patients to be examined.
