A device for minimally invasive therapy and microtherapy with a computer tomograph, the casing (1) of which has an aperture for the patient to which is allocated a patient retainer (3) forming both an operating and a treatment point. The patient retainer (3) and the casing (1) of the computer tomograph can be moved relatively to each other along the patient. In order to prevent movements of the patient in such a device caused by inertial force, the patient retainer (3) is fixed, while the casing (1) of the computer tomograph can be moved linearly by means of drive and guide devices (5, 6, 7).
