The plate itself forms part of a movable carriage which can move longitudinally on the rails 7 by means of rollers 6, and which can be raised by a cylinder 5 which acts on a support plate 2, the plate proper, which can move in the transverse direction by means of a cylinder 8 and comprising, in addition, a template of deburring 13, which can move in its turn in the vertical direction on the guides 11 and with the help of a third hydraulic cylinder 12.
