Production of recombinant proteins from human lymphoblastoid cells and heteromyelomas

The presents invention relates to a lymphoblastoid cell line producing a determined protein, characterised in that it is transformed by a vector for expressing the said protein containing: - a promoter, efficient in human cells of haematopoietic origin, - a leader sequence ligated in 5' of the sequence encoding the said protein, - a polyadenylation signal in 3' of the coding sequence. The invention also relates to a process for producing proteins by culturing a cell line according to the invention in an appropriate culture medium.
