The curetting system irrigates using a fluid exposed to ultrasound and by aspiration of the disintegrated tissue. A hand grip casing (1) contains an ultrasonic transducer (31,35,37) which is mechanically coupled to a vibrating instrument integrated into the casing (1) and forming at least an irrigation and aspiration channel comprising a pipe for the irrigation fluid and a second pipe for removal of the tissue and fluid. A third pipe (27,29) forms an air input, one end of which communicates with ambient atmosphere and the other end is connected to the inside of the second aspiration pipe. USE/ADVANTAGE - Lipo-aspiration. Blockage of aspiration pipe is reduced or suppressed.
