The vermin trap can be used with either egg or flesh bait. For eggs it has an egg carrier (1), which is formed from a piece of hollow profiled metallic plate (2). A light pressure on the metal plate towards the conical tail (4) of the egg carrier, sets off the operation. For meat bait the metal plate is replaced by a hook (3). For either type of bait the jaws close in the same manner. USE/ADVANTAGE - The same vermin trap can be baited by different methods, as required.
