Method of reconstruction of three-dimensional images of an object (3) in which the reconstruction is obtained by calculating the sums of projections on the planes extracted from a radiation attenuation of the conical passing through the object, or of a transmission from the object on a conical collimation. The two-dimensional array of detectors (4) used for this purpose is to an inclination (zeta) any direction with respect to the axis of rotation defining the frame in which the image is reconstructed, as a result of a voluntary choice. It gives the formulae which make it possible to obtain a reconstruction low distortion, after having measured the parameters of the displacement of the network and of the radiation beam conical.
