The device comprises a piping arrangement (A) in the form of an upsidedown "T", connected externally to two levels upper (7) and lower (2') of a reservoir (10) sealed hermetically. The assembly of the piping (A) and reservoir (10) supply by suppression of the hydrostatic pressure, a constant level of fluid to the outlet (12'). The piping (A) is joined to a closure (B) containing a device (B') assuring by rotation of a control tube (23), the rise and fall of a rod (34) regulating the flow of fluid by a helicoidal ramp (22'). The rise of float (31) in chamber (41) stops or partially stops the flow of fluid for security. USE/ADVANTAGE - Fluids systems. Adjustable and equipped with automatic security system.
