The machine consists of a hopper (1) for the food product in paste form, containing a doser pump (2) which is actuated by a power cylinder (3) to draw in a predetermined quantity of the paste and deliver it through a tube (5) which has its end fitted into the bird's gullet. The pump has a single chamber and a regulator (4), and is linked to the tube (5) through a non-return valve. It has a vertical tubular body and a piston with an adjustable stroke, with a second non-return valve to draw in the paste product. When one of the non-return is open the other is closed. ADVANTAGE - Design simplicity with ease of maintenance and adjustable output.
