A set of concrete blocks (1,2,3,4) are placed side by side or superposed to form construction walls and facades with openings (10,11). Certain lateral faces of the blocks are provided all along their top with a coupling part consisting of a groove. A set of junction posts (5,6) for the blocks have certain lateral and/or rear faces containing a second male coupling part which fits the blocks' coupling parts. The faces of the posts which are to be left visible are sculpted or moulded. A concrete base (22) is formed and the posts anchored in it. The blocks (1b) are moved horizontally so as to fit post coupling parts. USE - Construction of buildings from prefabricated concrete which will absorb thermal expansions and contractions without formation of fissures.
