A fixing panel (21) is secured solidly to the body (11) of the vehicle, with the upper opening panel (231), linked to it by a second hinge (12). This second hinge is also formed in the base material, during the manufacturing process, and acts between the fixed panel (21) and the upper opening panel (231).
