The device uses a supplementary microcomputer (P2) similar to a main control microcomputer (P1), to avoid excessive load control. The supplementary microcomputer (P2) is connected to the same device for detection of a control condition (Mer) so as to determine with the help of a prerecorded control law a simulated control (CF) of the load. The simulated control is transmitted to a calculating unit (SIM) to determine the effect of the simulation. A comparator (CMP) compares the effect (Eff) of the simulation with a real effect measurement (RE) on the load. The output (Coh) of the comparator (CMP) is connected to a generator circuit (INI) which orders an inhibit (Pe2) of the control command if the comparison is not coherent. ADVANTAGE - Avoids excessive control movement by simulating effect of control operation and comparing it with real-time control operation, with control inhibition being carried out if comparison is not acceptable.
