Automatic plucking of poultry - by rotating rollers forming vertical corridor with section concave to breast and convex to back

Poultry plucking uses cradle supports equipped with pairs of rollers, each rotating in opposing directions, to strip off feathers as each part of the fowl, e.g. back, breast, wings and rump, is presented to the supports. The support cradles are placed opposite one another in a form adapted primarily to the back and front of the fowl, and form a vertical corridor through which the fowl travels via an ariel conveyor. USE/ADVANTAGE - Used for plucking poultry. Process allows automatic plucking of large feathers and down without damage to skin of fowl.
