The holder consists of a panel (1) of semi-rigid, supple plastics, made with a flap (3) cut along three sides at some distance from the edge. The front face of the panel has a coating of adhesive (5) round its outer portion, covered with a layer of protective film before use. The upper edge of the flap can have a notch (4) to make it easier to open. The plastics used is resistant to ultra-violet rays. With the protective layer peeled away the panel can be stuck to the inside of a vehicle windscreen, and the central flap opened to insert an insurance certificate. ADVANTAGE - More convenient to use.
