The external double glazing covering is for doors or windows and consists of sections (11,12) made of metal, like aluminium, or plastics like PVC.It includes the frame and opening light (2) and is fixed to the existing frame. It includes a closed stiffener box (15) and is fixed at three points (P1-P3). The plane of point (P2) intersects the other two points, that of (P3) being roughly parallel to that of (P1). The covering is screwed to the existing frame. The existing frame is made of wood or composite material. USE/ADVANTAGES - Good rigidity, durable fixing and easy to install.
