The connector section (1) slides into a holder containing a number of connectors. A spring section (18) in the holder clips into place on the connector and holds it in place. The tool is made up of a handle (26) and attachment (25) to a hollow rectangular section (27). A rectangular block (30) slides in the section by means of a spring (34). The end of the section (40) is pyramidal in shape to engage the connector. An upper protrusion (6) lifts the spring section up, whilst the rectangular section butts up against the connector outer wall and the pyramid section engages the connector. The spring moves the sliding section to push the connector inner to the far end and thus extract it. ADVANTAGE - Prevents damage to connector section.
