The guide for a syringe is in the shape of a stirrup (2) with three sides (3-5) to fit round one side of the penis (1). The middle side (5) is equipped with a sleeve (9) set perpendicular to the side of the penis which receives and guides an automatic (11) or standard hypodermic syringe, equipped with a needle (14) which can perform a limited movement. The syringe can be locked in place inside the sleeve by a pressure screw (12), and adapter rings can be fitted inside the sleeve to accommodate syringes of different sizes. The inside of the sleeve has a shoulder which acts as a stop for the syringe, limiting the penetration of the needle. USE/ADVANTAGE - Designed e.g. for treatment of impotence, with injection given more precisely into spongy tissue of penis and avoiding damage to other tissues.
