A cover (13) with a superposed valve element is located at the upper end of the container. The valve has an end finger activating zone (14) which is housed so as to tip on an arm (15) which extends radially from the cover (13) and forms a container handle. The second end of the finger action zone forms a seal guarantee (16) which is connected by detachable parts. The seal guarantee (16) has a dimension equal to the central zone (18), higher than the cover (1), which encloses the first end of the finger activating zone (14). The seal guarantee (16) comprises an inverted U element whose free ends are connected to the detachable parts (17). USE/ADVANTAGE - Distributor prevents accidental breaking of guarantee seal.
