An internal reinforcing element is formed by a open tube (3) inside which are injected reactive expandable synthetic components which pass through the tube opening and clothe it. The tube (3) has two elongated reinforcing elements (4) extending on all parts the length of the tube and fixed on its wall. Several reinforcing elements can have different lengths and form. Each elongated reinforcing element posses a threadlike structure. Each element of elongated reinforcing may be in the form of a band, be rectilinear or in the general form of a U or C shaped pin. USE - Ski core reinforcement giving improved lateral flexure without penalising simple flexure.
