A thirst-quenching and nutritional drink contains as basic components, milk, egg white and a liq. from a medicinal plant of the vervain, linden or camomile type.The drink contains 50-75 vols.% of milk, opt. added as a powder, 1-10% of egg white, opt. added as a powder, and 10-25% of liq. from a medicinal plant, as an infusion or obtd. from an extract of essential oil. The components are mixed in an agitator or centrifuge. Egg yolk, lecithin, malt, fish oil, Mg lactate, soya oil, vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 or PPE, Ca, algae, and flavourings may be added during mixing. The drink is taken as a UHT liq., or as a powder for dilution with cold, tepid or hot water.
