The invention relates to a fluid-type control system intended for operating the shutter (8) of a valve body, especially for a well producing hydrocarbons, including a fluid-controlled mechanism for driving an operating slide (56, 57) capable of bringing this slide into a low position where it keeps the shutter (8) open. This fluid-type control mechanism comprises two longitudinal bellows (10) which are activator bellows, each mounted around a guide rod (12), the said bellows, closed in the region of their bottom end by a connection member integral with the operating slide (56, 57) and secured hermetically to the valve body in the region of their top end, being fed via piping means (7a) capable of causing them to extend.
