CONFOCAL SCANNER, CONFOCAL MICROSCOPE, AND MANUFACTURE OF CONFOCAL SCANNER

PURPOSE: To provide a confocal scanner which efficiently guides irradiation light emitted by a light source to a sample on a tandem type confocal scanner, a confocal microscope which uses the confocal scanner, and the manufacture of the confocal scanner. ;CONSTITUTION: This confocal scanner 200 efficiently guides the irradiation light emitted by the light source part 100 to a fine opening by using a holographic scanner plate 210 to converge the light on the fine opening of a fine opening disk 230 for scanning such as a Nieupoort disk. Further, the tandem scan type confocal microscope is constituted by using this confocal scanner 200 to enable a dark sample to be observed. For the manufacture of this confocal scanner, a hologram is formed on a hologram dry plate by using light passed through the fine opening disk for scanning in the opposite path from the irradiation light after mechanically the same structure as finished product is constituted, and the holographic scanner plate 210 for converging the irradiation light is manufactured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
