PURPOSE:To supply a molten resin into a cavity smoothly and to prevent the so called short shot due to the outflow of a resin from the manifold of a hot runner mold by supplying a relatively large amount of a molten resin under relatively low filling pressure at the time of molding rising to perform preparatory molding. CONSTITUTION:After preparatory molding is performed by the number of shots set by a setting device 68 under a preparatory molding condition, the preparatory molding is automatically changed over to steady molding due to the steady molding condition set by a setting device 66. In this molding rising control method, as the preparatory molding condition, preparatory molding filling pressure lower than the filling pressure of the steady molding condition and a preparatory molding weighing value larger than the weighing value of the steady molding condition are set by a setting device 72. As a result, automatic taking- out due to an automatic taking-out machine is made possible from the first shot of preparatory molding. By this method, the preparatory molding condition can be smoothly transferred to the steady molding condition and molding rising can be perfectly automated.
