PURPOSE:To permit freezing to be prevented even when water in a bathtub is being discharged by a method wherein a changeover valve short-circuiting the supplying pipe of the bathtub and the returning pipe of an equipment to make a sealed circuit is equipped, while the changeover valve is provided with a rotary body switching a circulation circuit into the sealed circuit and with a motor to turn the rotary body. CONSTITUTION:A changeover valve 10 constitutes a circulation circuit (bathtub 4 - return pipe 3 of equipment - circulating pump 5 - heater 1 - supplying pipe 2 of bathtub) during boiling up water in the bathtub, while the same valve 10 short-circuits a return pipe 3 and a supplying pipe 2 to switch the circulation circuit into a sealed circuit (changeover valve 10 - return pipe 3 of equipment - circulating pump 5 - heater 1 - supplying pipe 2 of bathtub) before the freezing of water in the supplying pipe 2, return pipe 3 or the like is prevented. A motor 21 is connected to the rotating shaft 19a of a rotary body 19 to fix it to the main body 16 of changeover valve and a motor 21 is connected to an operation control circuit through a lead wire 22 while the changeover switch 10 is rotated so as to be switched to the circulating circuit when the heater 1 is stopped. When atmospheric temperature has become lower, a temperature detector is operated to rotate the circulation pump 5 and circulate water through the sealed circuit, thereby preventing the freezing of water.
