TREATMENT OF EXCAVATION SURPLUS SOIL AND WASTE AND THE LIKE SUITABLE FOR LAND RECLAMATION IN LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION WORK AT NEW METROPOLITAN CENTER AND THE LIKE

PURPOSE: To decrease the surplus soil to be carried out to basically zero so as to reduce construction costs and to facilitate execution of work by balancing the volume of the surplus soil and waste discharged by excavation of the foundations and underground of building, etc., the total capacity of banking of the same volume as this volume and the structures of opening parts. ;CONSTITUTION: The amt. of the soil of the residual soil discharged in the case of excavation of the underground parts of the buildings from an undisturbed ground line 1 is the total amt. of the capacity of the underground part of the buildings. The setting of a new ground line 2 and a slope 3 are determined by the balance of the discharged surplus soil and banking part 5 of the excavated part 4 and the volume of the buildings, such as open sections 7, by which the amt. of the residual soil to be carried out is decreased to zero. The new ground line 2 and the slope 3 are set on the upper part of the undisturbed ground line 1 according to such method for treating the waste soil and, therefore, the excavation depth from the undisturbed ground line 1 is made shallow overall.
