(57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a board that is resistant to bending and impact and a board that is lightweight and easy to process, while solving problems in industrial waste disposal. [Structure] A board 1 is formed by mixing a powder of scraps for a laminating container mainly made of paper, polyethylene and aluminum foil and papermaking sludge as a main component, and mixing an adhesive. In addition, it is formed into a board by mixing a powder of scraps for a laminated container, which is a main material of paper, polyethylene and aluminum foil, a raw material of a wood board and a papermaking sludge as a main component and mixing an adhesive agent. Further, it is formed into a board by using, as a main component, a powder of scraps for a laminated container mainly composed of paper, polyethylene and aluminum foil and a powder of sanitary product scraps mainly composed of polyethylene, a nonwoven fabric and paper pulp.
