PURPOSE: To shorten the time of spreading a sheet by forming a first and second holes for slidably receiving inflation parts provided to the sheet, and first and second slits which are communicated respectively to the first and second holes, for receiving edge parts of the sheet, in a sheet spreading tool. ;CONSTITUTION: One of sheet spreading tools 7 is formed therein with a through hole 17 for slidably receiving an inflation part 5 formed at the outermost edge part of a sheet 2, and a slit 18 communicated to the hole 17, for receiving an end part 1 of the sheet 2. The other one of the tools 7 is formed therein with a through hole 19 for slidably receiving another inflation part 5 formed at the outermost edge part of another sheet 2 and a slit 20 communicated with the hole 19, for receiving one edge part of another sheet 2. Further, an elongated hole 25 for receiving a lashing belt 50 incorporating a buckle 51 for coupling the sheet spreading tools 7 with the transverse members 52 in a frame is formed between the through-holes 17, 19 so as to form the sheet stretching tools 7.
