PURPOSE:To simply perform a dynamic fatigue test within a relatively short period, by grasping a part of a ceramic beam test piece on a vibration table and vibrating the vibration table to resonate the ceramic beam test piece. CONSTITUTION:A part of a ceramic beam test piece 1 is grasped on a vibration table 7 through a fixing jig 9 and the vibration table 7 is vibrated to resonate the ceramic beam test piece 1 and stress is applied to the ceramic beam test piece 1. The ceramic beam test piece 1 has curved surfaces formed thereto so that the test piece 1 becomes thin from the central part thereof toward the leading end sides thereof.
