PURPOSE:To obtain a plastic powder sintered porous sheet, in which powder with uniform density is stably and efficiently applied, by a method wherein at least two shaping knife coaters are on a base material so as to shape the powder in a certain thickness. CONSTITUTION:Since plastic powder 4 is sprinklingly fed in a portion partitioned by a first knife coater 3 and a dam 5 and a base material 6 is advanced through support rolls 2 at a speed in the direction indicated with the arrow A, a first application with the knife coater 3 so as to shape the powder in a certain thickness. Though being shaped in a certain thickness, the density of the amount of the plastic powder after the first application varies widely. The plastic powder after the first application is shaped again with a second knife coater 1 in a certain thickness. At this time, plastic powder is accumulated before the second knife coater 1 to a thickness, which is thicker than the thickness shaped with the first knife coater 3. The bulk density of the plastic powder after the application and shaping with the second knife coater 1 becomes more uniform than that after the application and shaping with the first knife coater 3.
