摘要

PURPOSE: To measure a relative dielectric constant as well as an effective relative dielectric constant in line with an actual structure and a service condition. ;CONSTITUTION: The first layer strip conductor 6a is laid on the parts mounting surface of a printed circuit board, and the third strip conductor 6b is laid in the third layer. Also, the sixth strip conductor 6c is laid in the sixth layer and the eighth strip conductor 6d is laid on soldered surface. Both ends of each of the conductors 6a to 6d are connected to strip conductor side pads 8 laid at equal intervals in a row on the parts mounting surface. Also, ground conductor side pads 10 are arranged in a row at the same intervals as the pads 8, so as to correspond thereto. In addition, the pads 10 are connected to ground conductors in a layer where each of the strip conductors 6a to 6d is not laid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
